International Outreaches Spring/Summer 2009

Over $6,000,000 of goods, food, and supplies have been shipped and distributed to many nations such as Honduras, Jordan, Zambia, Nicaragua, and the Dominion Republic. These goods have helped thousand of adults and children in their time of critical need.

Recently, a team of students from Southeastern University ministered in the San Pedro Sula area of Honduras. CA has been instrumental in the building and the operation of five Christian primary schools in the area. Over a thousand children are now receiving an excellent education and also given the opportunity to become followers of the Lord. Interestingly, when these young lives make decisions to follow Christ, it is not uncommon for them to bring their parents and siblings to the evangelistic outreaches.

The joy of children singing and worshipping the Lord is a powerful testimony to the new life a person can have in Christ. In these areas, the poor gladly hear the message of hope. Local churches are established and the sick are healed through prayers and medical outreaches.

In Jordan, children hear the Good News and happily tell their parents about the true God, Jesus. Together, we are working in some of the poorest and most depressed places of the world. We have a responsibility to give to those even though we may never meet them face to face. Everything we do for the poor is tallied by the hosts of heaven and it will be rewarded on that day of the Lord (Acts 10:4). Thank you for helping CA be your ministry of choice to the poor.

You can help those in need by sending your gift to Compassionate Alliance. Your generosity will help make a difference in the lives of many.
